What it is
During the past months, our trainers and experts have gathered best practices and guidelines in order to develop the final Afrodita Project Training Toolbox, including video tutorials and guidelines for adult education providers and stakeholders, who can apply the ETS & art approaches in their daily work.
The Afrodita Project methodology aimed to adopt different tools based on Education Through Sport (ETS) & art methodology to improve the key competencies of marginalized adult learners, who are the final beneficiaries of the project in the 4 partner countries – Germany, Greece, Italy, and Spain.
What it contains
The Afrodita training tools are now available in 5 languages and easily downloadable from here:
The training units’ topics include:
* Creative theatre methods for improvement of social skills, developed by BIDA e.V.;
* Body movement and animation tools for personal relationships, developed by JFC;
* Healthy lifestyle for self-esteem improvement, developed by AENAO;
* Art expression for better self-confidence, developed by ICSE.
Each training unit has a short introduction, necessary materials, preparation for the session, activities, as well as recommendations for additional resources to be used.
A suggested scope and sequence for the use of the activity can be found in each unit, but adult education providers can mix, and match resources based on the participants’ learning needs.
We hope that this toolbox will be useful in your daily work!
