Pilot tests come as a result of the Training Toolbox developed by all partners and piloted with disadvantaged adults in all partner countries during 5 working days, after the Joint Staff Training activity.
At least 20 adult learners were involved, and the seminars were carried out by trainers who participated in the training activity celebrated in the frame of the project in April 2023.
1. The First pilot action took place in Germany with the target group participants: immigrants and refugees from the region of Suhl, Thüringen.
2. The Second Pilot took place in the region of Thessaloniki with target group participants: adults ethnic minorities
3. The Third Pilot action took place in Italy, Florence, with the target group participants: NEETs and ESL.
4. Finally, The Fourth pilot action took place in Spain in the region of Laguna de Duero with target group participants: vulnerable rural people and migrants.
