The Afrodita Joint Staff Training (JST) activity took place in Laguna de Duero, Spain from 24 to 28 April 2023.
3 social workers and staff members participated in the activity, for a total of 12 participants, during 5 days with an 8-hour working program.
The participants ì involved, responding to the required profile of AEP (trainers/coaches),
JFC followed the participatory approach, enhancing critical thinking and a sense of initiative of the participants from different cultures and backgrounds.
